Fees & Insurance Eligibility

Private insurance, MassHealth and Medicare cover most services at LCHC. However, if you do not qualify for insurance, LCHC offers a sliding fee scale, or even free care, based on each patients household size and income. Of course, no patient will be denied care because of inability to pay.

Health Benefits Coordinators are available to assist new and existing patients with determining eligibility for insurance plans and programs.
