Lowell Community Health Center is sustained by state, federal and private sources of grant funding, as well as sources of patient revenue. We an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Health Center is continually expanding health care options for patients, support services for clients, and education and prevention services for the community. All of our services are offered to the 
community at reduced cost, and the uninsured and underinsured are not refused access to care. The number of uninsured and underinsured individuals continues to grow steadily, along with the costs associated with providing health care services.
Now, more than ever before we are faced with overburdened facilities, long wait times for patients, and increased costs of Health Center operations. While staff are continuously pursuing new avenues of potential funding sources, charitable donations are greatly needed.
Your charitable gift will be used for delivery of health care services and operational expenses. Your gift may be used to supplement cardiovascular disease screenings for the elderly; to expand services at our school based clinics for children; to assist in covering the expense of lab work for expecting mothers. Your gift is an investment in the health of our community.
