The Human Resources department at Lowell Community Health Center provides staff assessment and annual trainings. Human Resources also keeps profiles of all providers employed by Lowell Community Health Center. This department coordinates health center job openings and interviews, ensures that all staff are aware of LCHC policy and procedure, are available to help mediate employee conflicts, and can refer employees to assistance programs.
