CARINO: HIV SERVICES
HIV Counseling, Testing and Referral Services Coordinator - Responsible for managing HIV Counseling and Testing Program housed within LCHC’s HIV Department. Coordinates counseling and testing in-reach and outreach for the Counseling and Testing Program to ensure that LCHC’s target populations are reached. Performs routine testing within LCHC’s adult clinic and LCHC’s Metta Health Center and supervises, maintains, and analyzes HIV data. Participates in weekly meetings and clinical supervision.

PRIMARY CARE - Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Practice &
Prenatal Services

Certified Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant - Full and part-time opportunity for Portuguese/English speaking in prenatal and family practice department. Commitment to quality care, excellent customer service and communication skills necessary. Experience in working with a diverse patient population helpful.

Experienced Prenatal Nurse for busy ambulatory care setting-Responsibilities include care coordination and participation in the management of high risk pregnancies, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and be part of a dynamic group of dedicated professionals is required. Bilingual encouraged to apply.

Family Practice Physicians - (1) with OB (1) without OB, to work for a full scope practice with OB, working with CNMs and OBs.

Full time Charge RN - Must be available both days and evenings, Monday – Friday no weekends. Bilingual encouraged. Supervisory skills a plus.

Medical Assistant - Part-time 16 hour position for a medical assistant in an expanding ambulatory care family practice; must be motivated, have initiative, be committed to performing the high quality care and have excellent customer service skills. English/Spanish/and/or Portuguese/Khmer speaking helpful.

Nurse Practitioners and Certified Nurse Midwife

Part-time RN to work in one of our satellite clinics. Must be available to work evenings. Experience working with the homeless population and behavioral health.

Staff Nurse, Ambulatory Care - full-time temporary position Oct 08 to Feb 09 in a busy family practice serving a diverse population in a brand new setting. A commitment to high quality patient care, excellent communication and a desire to practice nursing as a valued member of our nursing team is required. Bilingual encouraged to apply.

METTA HEALTH CENTER - Western Medicine and Eastern Medicine
LPN - Full time position available to work in our primary care clinic. Focus on integration of Eastern and Western medicine for growing needs of Southeast Asian population. Experience with family practice is desirable. Must be enthusiastic and willing to work as a team. Familiarity with Khmer tradition and cultural practices required. Bilingual in English/Khmer is required.
