Patient & Visitor Information
Lowell Community Health Center aims to provide a welcoming and professional environment for patients and visitors. If you are a new patient at LCHC, you will want to arrive at least 10 minutes early on your first visit. If you are a returning patient, you will want to have any questions or concerns ready to discuss with your doctor or nurse practitioner at your visit.
The Health Center is located at several sites throughout Downtown Lowell and in Tewksbury; including the schools. LCHC is easily accessible by public transport, as many of our sites are located on LRTA bus lines. Patient parking is provided at all sites, but is limited. Additionally, some locations are in close proximity to municipal garages downtown. If you have any questions about your visit, items you may need to bring with you, parking or any other inquiries that arise, please do not hesitate to call us. We hope that you find your visit pleasant and informative.
