Where young professionals hone leadership skills, learn what it takes to be an effective nonprofit board member, and serve as community ambassadors for Lowell Community Health Center.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Developing Leaders Council is to serve as a liaison to the Greater Lowell community by providing education, outreach, and leadership to advance the growth, health, and visibility of Lowell Community Health Center, with a particular focus on our Teen BLOCK youth program.

  • Participates in DLC and Lowell CHC events
  • Has an interest in learning about nonprofit Board Service

“I enjoy being part of the DLC because it provides me an opportunity connect with professionals from various backgrounds who hold a common interest in volunteerism, advocacy, and the overall health improvement of our community while supporting an organization that has tremendous reach and impact.”

Peter Saing, Chair, Developing Leaders Council
