Desiree Svegliati, LMFT

Biography:

Desiree has worked at Lowell Community Health Center as a Pediatric Behavioral Health Clinician since February 2022. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2011, and her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2017. Holding Clinical Fellow status with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Desiree is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Desiree has always had a passion for working with children, teens, and young adults, and her preferred models of therapy include Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Play Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
