If you’re holding an event and would like Lowell Community Health Center to participate as a sponsor, attendee, or guest speaker/panelist, please fill out this form. Our Events Review Committee meets regularly to carefully review requests on a rolling basis. We make our decisions based on alignment with our mission, vision, and funding availability, based on our fiscal year (October – September). We typically only fund one sponsorship request per organization within that timeframe.

Please submit your request a minimum of 30 days prior to the event so we have time to review and prepare accordingly. Thank you!
