Lowell Community Health Center provides outpatient services for individuals seeking support for substance use disorders through our Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) Program. This program focuses on Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) to help patients in their recovery journey.
Our Approach
Our Office-Based Addiction Treatment team offers an integrated approach to care, providing:
- Medications for Opioid Use Disorder, including Suboxone (buprenorphine-naloxone) and Vivitrol (naltrexone)
- Support from recovery coaches and social workers
- Individual and group support sessions
- Coordination with primary care and behavioral health providers
Overdose Prevention (PASS Program)
Through our PASS Program, anyone in the community can access nasal naloxone (Narcan), a medication that helps reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.
“Everyone at Lowell CHC is amazing. They all make every patient feel like they’re the only patient.” – Tori, Patient
