“I receive my healthcare services here and I give in gratitude to ensure that others have the same access to empathetic care as I do.”
– Caroline Duong, Patient & Lowell CHC Board Chair
YOU are The POWER to CARE
Preserve the Access. Protect the Future. For our patients. For our neighbors. For all of us.
For 55 years, you have helped make our mission possible: providing everyone in our community with access to care, regardless of ability to pay. Now, we need your help to preserve and protect it.
WHY THIS MOMENT MATTERS: Our Patients
For our 40,000+ patients, our health center is a lifeline. Now, that lifeline is under strain. Demand is rising, costs are climbing, and sweeping policy changes threaten access to care for our entire community. Your gift to the Power to Care delivers health, hope, and security when it matters most.
As an independent, 501(C)(3) nonprofit, we must raise 20% of our $80M+ annual budget through grants and individual donations. Your support makes all the difference by helping close the gap between what insurance pays for and what our patients need to get, and stay, healthy. There are many ways you can make an impact.
THE POWER TO CARE
With over 55 years serving our community, our Health Center has grown from a small clinic located in a public housing complex to 500+ team members strong, caring for more than 40,000 patients. Innovation alongside our community is woven into our being.
In the rapidly changing healthcare landscape, we need your help to continue to evolve in service of our key guiding principle: care with compassion, always.
Your donation to the POWER to CARE supports essential healthcare services.
Our mission and promise to our community is that we care for anyone – regardless of ability to pay or health insurance coverage. Even when a patient is insured, it only covers a fraction of the cost per visit cost. Your gift today helps us close that gap and continue to care for our community, providing:
- A primary healthcare home for anyone who needs it
- Care for adults and children living with complex, chronic conditions like asthma or diabetes
- Preventive and timely care that keeps people healthy and out of the hospital or emergency room
- Continuity of care, centered on compassion & community
“You treat me like I really matter. I am alive because of you all here at Lowell CHC.”
