1. I practice medicine to heal, educate, encourage, and advocate for my patients. I want to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by helping them navigate their illnesses, improve their health, and make informed decisions that align with their goals and values. I hope to serve as a physician who represents and uplifts communities especially those that have historically been underrepresented in medicine.

2. I want every patient to feel heard, respected, informed, and empowered. I hope they leave each visit knowing that their concerns were taken seriously, their values were respected, and that we made decisions together based on trust, open communication, and shared goals.

3. I always strive to preserve each patient’s autonomy. I believe patients should be active in their care. I will do my best to explain options, answer questions honestly, and support whatever informed decision they make. I want them to know that I am there to guide, advocate for, and support them throughout their journey.
