Lowell CHC offers outpatient services for those seeking assistance with substance use disorders through our Office-Based Addiction Treatment Program (often referred to as OBAT), with an emphasis on Medications for Opioid use Disorder (MOUD).

Our Office-Based Addiction Treatment care team offers an integrated approach, managing the health of each patient by offering:

  • Medications for Opioid use Disorder with Suboxone (buprenorphine-naloxone) or Vivitrol (naltrexone)
  • Recovery Coaches and Social Workers
  • Individual & Group Support
  • Integration with Primary Care & Behavioral Health

Overdose Prevention (PASS Program)

We are committed to overdose prevention in our community. Through our PASS Program, anyone can obtain nasal naloxone (Narcan, which can help reverse the effects of an opioid overdose). Contact PASS to learn more.
