Lowell launches education effort to reduce HIV

LOWELL — Lowell Community Health Center launched its education-outreach campaign Wednesday to address the city’s HIV problem. According to a 2012 study, Lowell is ranked number 10 in the state for the highest rate of HIV infection diagnosis.

Grigg-Saito, CEO of Lowell Community Health Center, was honored to celebrate her retirement, her legacy and her vision at the Building Bridges Gala on April 7 at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium.
