Dr. Sullivan is the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at Lowell Community Health Center. Overseeing the clinical pharmacy program and nutrition services, she also practices in the Adult Medicine clinic. Working as part of the care team, she works with patients to co-manage their chronic diseases with their primary care providers. This includes hypertension, tobacco use, and hyperlipidemia, with a primary focus of managing diabetes. As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Dr. Sullivan works closely with patients to help them achieve their glycemic goals.

When Dr. Sullivan is not at the Health Center, she enjoys spending time with her family, working in her garden, and volunteering with her trained pet therapy dog.
