THIS IS A WALK IN CLINIC FOR LOWELL CHC PATIENTS ONLY- NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED
Lowell Community Health Center (Lowell CHC) one of 10 community health center to receive funding. This new funding will help us reengage patients who have not had regular ongoing care due to COVID-19. Additionally, it will help us continue to offer CORE competency training for Community Health Workers at the Community Health Education Center.

Due to COVID-19, along with employee shortages, Lowell Community Health Center, like other health care providers, is facing appointment wait times that are longer than usual. Because of a big increase in the number of calls we’re getting, wait times for calls and for return calls are also longer than usual.
With COVID-19 still spreading, we are doing everything we can to keep you safe.
